Centre of Leadership Excellence Unit
The Centre for Leadership Excellence (CLE) Unit aims to increase the management and leadership capability of the Hospital and Health Service (HHS) and Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) workforce, based on the underlying rationale that confident and capable leadership at all levels drives culture which in turn drives high quality healthcare outcomes.
The role
Reporting to the Director - Projects and Design within the Centre for Leadership Excellence (CLE), you will lead the design, development, coordination, facilitation and delivery of high-quality capability and leadership development programs and initiatives for aspiring, program, middle, senior and executive leaders across the Queensland Health workforce.
You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders along with other CLE teams to cultivate positive, productive relationships and develop innovative and contemporary capability solutions to workforce capability.
The successful person
To excel in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of contemporary learning and development methodologies, including a deep understanding of adult learning theories, experiential learning approaches, and proven experience in delivering capability projects at scale across a variety of contexts including large and/or complex organisations.
You must be a results-driven and a creative leader with a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of successful project/program management, and the ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
Experience in facilitation and presentation of capability programs is essential and whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification in organisational psychology, education, coaching and/or facilitation would be well regarded.
