What you'll do:
As a Correspondence Team Leader you will lead the delivery of high-quality correspondence and briefing services, managing workflow priorities and team performance to ensure timely and accurate outcomes. Working with stakeholders across the Department and government offices, you will prepare and review complex documentation, maintain effective record management systems while providing informed responses on behalf of senior executives. You will also support continuous improvement incentives, uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant polices, standards and legislative requirements.
About you:
We are searching for someone who:
- Has experience in managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Has a commitment to work improvement and experience in implementing changes to improve work practices and service delivery.
- Obtains high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with officers at all levels
