Your new role:
As a Theatre Assistant within Operational Support Services, you will play a key role in supporting clinical teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care in a dynamic operating theatre environment. You will:
- Assist medical and nursing staff with theatre preparation and clinical support activities
- Set up and manage operating theatre equipment in line with surgical requirements
- Safely transport and position patients within the theatre complex
- Maintain strict hygiene, infection control standards, and patient confidentiality at all times

You are a reliable and team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to delivering quality patient support services. You have:
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills with a focus on respectful, patient-centred care
- The commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and confidentiality
- The willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overnight shifts

We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
