Join Redland Hospital in Cleveland as a Temporary Part-Time Eat Walk Engage Program Facilitator (32 hours per fortnight, up to 12 months) and lead the delivery of an innovative, evidence-based program improving outcomes for older inpatients.

Your new role:
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will lead the implementation of the Eat Walk Engage program, driving meaningful improvements in care for older patients by:
- Leading program implementation using project management, quality improvement and change management methodologies
- Providing clinical leadership and acting as a key reference point for multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitating education, training and capability uplift across clinical staff
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across wards, executive teams and external partners
- Promoting age-friendly care practices and enhancing patient-centred environments
About you:
You are a motivated and experienced clinician with a passion for improving outcomes for older patients, bringing:
- Current registration with an appropriate Australian health professional body
- Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric care and delirium prevention
- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, project or change management
- Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
