Your new role:

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will lead the implementation of the Eat Walk Engage program, driving meaningful improvements in care for older patients by:

  • Leading program implementation using project management, quality improvement and change management methodologies
  • Providing clinical leadership and acting as a key reference point for multidisciplinary teams
  • Facilitating education, training and capability uplift across clinical staff
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across wards, executive teams and external partners
  • Promoting age-friendly care practices and enhancing patient-centred environments

About you:

You are a motivated and experienced clinician with a passion for improving outcomes for older patients, bringing:

  • Current registration with an appropriate Australian health professional body
  • Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric care and delirium prevention
  • Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, project or change management
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Redland Hospital:

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
