About the role
The purpose of the role is to manage, coordinate and support the delivery of program activities relating to the General Practice Liaison Officer (GPLO) Program. The Program Manager works in partnership with the Manager Integrated Care at Brisbane North Primary Health Network (PHN).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Monitor and evaluate all GPLO Program initiatives, including supporting the development of evaluation strategies and quality frameworks, to ensure program deliverables and outcomes are achieved.
- Build and maintain positive relationships through high level interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence change though engagement and communication strategies.
- Exercise independent judgement in complex program decision making adapting routine program and change management principles and integrating high level evidence.
