What your day could look like

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary mental health team committed to improving the wellbeing of adults across our region. You'll work closely with colleagues, community partners and consumers to deliver care that is person‑centred, safe and genuinely impactful.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering evidence-informed mental health assessment, support and interventions that help consumers move toward better health outcomes
  • Working alongside a diverse team to provide coordinated, culturally responsive and timely care across the service
  • Guiding and supporting peers or students through shared learning and reflective practice that strengthens our collective capability
  • Driving improvements in how we deliver care by contributing ideas, innovation and insights that shape future service quality

  • Current registration or eligibility with the relevant professional body (Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work)
  • Strong clinical capability in mental health care, with the ability to apply sound judgement in dynamic situations
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to continuous learning, reflective practice and safe, ethical care

You'll stand out if you bring experience working in rural or regional settings and/or postgraduate study in mental health.
