The role: 

Reporting to the Program Director of Better Hospital Flows (BHF) project you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business analyst frameworks in accordance with established project management frameworks, methodologies, and policies.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the review of business processes, architectures, and designs for the provision of business solutions for large and complex project and programs of work.
  • Contributing to the delivery of BHF's business improvement service offerings through developing and applying skills in business analysis processes.
  • Consulting and liaising extensively with stakeholders to clarify and document business needs, business requirements and make recommendations on the development of new systems, enhancements to existing systems, processes and other solutions to meet client needs.
  • Actively developing effective working relationships with external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide stewardship and quality assurance to Business Analyst's in the project, oversee developed artefacts and liaise with key Project stakeholders.
