Metro South Health is seeking a motivated Conversions Assistant Consultant to join the Metro South Health Conversions team within Human Resources. This temporary part-time AO4 role (15.2 hours per fortnight) supports the administration and coordination of permanent conversion reviews, providing advice to stakeholders and ensuring processes are managed within legislative timeframes across Metro South Health facilities

Your new role:
As the Conversions Assistant Consultant, you will support the delivery of efficient and compliant permanent conversion review processes across the organisation.
- Coordinate and monitor permanent conversion reviews to ensure completion within required timeframes.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on eligibility and process requirements.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and documentation while maintaining data accuracy across HR systems.
About you:
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability and stakeholder engagement skills within a complex organisational environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and issues
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders on sensitive matters
- Experience working in a large, complex organisation and using HR systems such as SAP HR, DSS or myHR
