Your new Role: 

This role provides leadership, supervision and hands-on support to Operational Support Services staff within a residential aged care setting. You will ensure patient handling, transport, cleaning and waste management services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with infection control and Aged Care Standards, while supporting team performance, training and continuous improvement.

About You:

You are a proactive and supportive leader who thrives in a fast-paced aged care environment, with a strong focus on safety, team performance and high-quality service delivery. You will have:

• Proven experience leading and supervising diverse teams
• Strong understanding of infection control and Aged Care Standards
• Confident managing performance, training and staff development
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to coordinate workloads and respond to operational demands
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
