Your new role:
In this senior clinical position, you will deliver high-quality social work services within a multidisciplinary adult mental health continuing care team, supporting complex patient needs and service improvement.
- Provide advanced, evidence-based social work assessment, intervention and evaluation within an interprofessional team
- Act as a clinical reference point, offering expert advice and contributing to complex decision-making
- Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement and research initiatives
- Supervise and support junior clinicians, students and allied health assistants
About you:
You are an experienced and confident social worker who thrives in a complex clinical environment and is committed to delivering patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-level social work services within mental health or similar settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across multidisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to manage complex caseloads, prioritise effectively and deliver quality outcomes
- Experience providing supervision, training and contributing to service improvement initiatives
