About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to lead and manage the sourcing, analysing and interpreting of data, information and research to inform and influence strategy, health service, infrastructure and workforce planning for Metro North Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Lead and manage sourcing, analysing and interpreting of data, information and research to inform strategy, health service, workforce and infrastructure planning working collaboratively with Queensland Health.
- Lead and manage service, infrastructure and workforce planning projections and scenario models to inform priorities for reform and/or investment.
- Lead and manage the process of horizon scanning to enhance organisational strategic intelligence across health service, infrastructure and workforce planning activities including the systematic gathering, analysing, and dispensing of information.
- Lead and manage the development and presentation of data, analysis, options and recommendations for planning activities based on international, national and state resources.
- Lead and manage consultation processes with internal, external and Government stakeholders and represent Metro North Health on select committees
