Your new role:
In this role, you will provide advanced clinical foodservice leadership and support patient-centred care within a collaborative hospital environment by:
- Delivering evidence-based clinical foodservices that support patient care outcomes
- Managing a clinical workload including assessment, intervention and evaluation
- Acting as a key clinical resource within Nutrition and Dietetics and Foodservices teams
- Contributing to service development, quality improvement and research initiatives
- Monitoring outcomes and driving improvements in foodservice systems and practices
- Supervising and supporting junior clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and discharge planning
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated Dietitian who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and brings strong leadership and collaboration skills, with:
- Proven expertise in clinical foodservices within a hospital setting
- Strong ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Experience providing supervision, mentoring and clinical education
- Demonstrated capability in service improvement, quality initiatives and evidence-based practice
- A commitment to patient-centred care and culturally inclusive practice
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for APD accreditation

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
