About the role
- Manage and lead the day to day operations to deliver cleaning and patient handling services supporting clinical and non-clinical areas in line with the Queensland Health Operational Services Manual, which outlines the primary duties for operational service officers within a public health service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Establish a leadership and management framework that fosters and promotes the principles of quality Patient Support Services across The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH)
- Contribute to the strategic approaches of TPCH through collaborative working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement new initiatives that enhance Patient Support Services and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements including but not limited to ACHS Accreditation Standards and the National Standards.
