The Senior Medical Officer, Surat, Western Qld, has the opportunity to make a significant contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of the local communities within the South West Hospital and Health Service and to become a valued member of a dynamic rural health care team that provides quality and culturally appropriate medical services.

Located 443kms west of Brisbane, Surat is a 12 bed Multipurpose Health Service servicing a surrounding population of approximately 1400 people. Newly renovated nurses quarters and a supportive and experienced team are two good reasons to make the move to Surat. Fresh air, a friendly community and great fishing are just added bonuses!
