What's involved – Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on the medical workforce? This pivotal role provides high-level specialist, operational, and advisory support to the Executive Director of Medical Services (EDMS), ensuring effective planning, governance, and management of the medical workforce. As the central source of expert advice on workforce matters, you will drive integrated workforce planning, establishment management, and industrial compliance to enable safe, sustainable, and high-quality healthcare delivery.
