Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Casual rates: $40.22 to $46.91 p.h. (AO2)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity:

Provide administrative support to the staff and consumers of the Magnetic Island Health Service.

  • Provide a high standard of efficient and effective administrative support to the different functional areas of the Magnetic Island Health Service.
  • This position is accountable for promoting good public relations with the general community and both internal and external clients.
  • Maintain accurate computer records which include confidential and financial information in relation to client's health status, presentations and discharges of clients of the facility.

Requirements:

  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
