Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective business support services by undertaking activities associated with purchasing, processing of invoices, facilities management, asset management, stock management, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Provide effective human resource management support by undertaking activities associated with human resource systems, practices and policies.
  • Contribute to budget management by ensuring compliance and maintaining general ledger integrity through reviewing and monitoring of transactions.

Role Fit

The essential requirements for this role are:

  • Proven experience, skills and knowledge of departmental budgetary and human resource processes and reporting requirements and the ability to extract, collate and interpret information and to prepare and present diverse business reports using data.
  • Demonstrated time management skills including the ability to balance competing demands and prioritise workload to meet organisational objectives whilst working in a busy team environment.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to consult and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders.
