What your day could look like
As a Senior Dental Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting oral health care for people across the region. Your work helps clinicians deliver effective treatment and ensures patients receive safe, high‑quality technical outcomes. From complex case work to mentoring others, you'll be trusted for your judgement and contribution to the wider team.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering advanced dental technical solutions that enable confident, timely patient care
- Using your expertise to solve complex technical challenges with minimal supervision
- Working closely with dental and technical colleagues to support treatment planning and service delivery
- Guiding and supporting less‑experienced team members while helping improve laboratory practices
Let's talk about you!
You're a skilled and thoughtful professional who takes pride in the quality of your work and the impact it has on patients and colleagues. You combine technical excellence with compassion and integrity, and you're comfortable making decisions, sharing knowledge, and contributing ideas that improve how services are delivered. What matters most to you is knowing your expertise helps people feel supported and cared for.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- A recognised qualification as a Dental Technician in Australia
- Demonstrated experience delivering a broad range of high‑quality dental technical services
- Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience mentoring others and enjoy contributing to service development in regional or community‑focused settings.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, dignity, innovation, courage and integrity to everything you do—helping shape better oral health outcomes for the communities you serve.
This role is about trusted expertise, shared knowledge, and making a genuine difference through care.
