From complex technical work to collaboration and leadership, your impact will be seen every day.
Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues to build capability, consistency, and confidence across the team
Let's talk about you!

What motivates you most is knowing your expertise improves lives, supports colleagues, and strengthens the service for the community it serves. You value compassion, act with integrity, respect the dignity of others, embrace innovation, and show courage in adapting and leading when it counts.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- A recognised qualification as a dental technician and eligibility to work in Australia
- Strong technical capability with the confidence to work independently on complex cases
- The ability to prioritise workflows and manage competing demands in a busy environment
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor, guide, and support others
You'll stand out if you have experience in regional or rural settings and enjoy contributing to service or quality improvements.
At its core, this role is about expertise with purpose—using your skills to deliver care that reflects compassion, courage, and innovation for the community.
