What you'll do

In this role you will provide high-quality administrative support through accurate records management, data entry and licensing activities. You will prepare approvals and correspondence to meet legislative requirements, maintain data integrity across systems, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will also organise your workload, support team operations and contribute to improving systems and processes.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

  • Sound general database knowledge, for example the QScript System, and/or other similar health information or licensing systems and Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Ability or the capacity to rapidly acquire the ability to understand the application of legislation and compliance activities and to resolve problems quickly and effectively or refer appropriately for resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as an effective team member, ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment and in the provision of administrative support activities to a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of office procedures and high-level administrative skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels within the organisation and external clients.
