About the opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, you will be a key member of a high-calibre, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate and evidence-based care. In this role, you will:

Deliver expert clinical management of complex maternal and fetal cases, including advanced diagnostic ultrasound and invasive procedures such as amniocentesis and CVS.

Provide integrated antenatal care in collaboration with obstetric medicine, midwifery case managers, and paediatric subspecialists.

Contribute to service innovation, strategic growth initiatives, and expansion in readiness for a dedicated NICU.

Play an active role in teaching and mentoring registrars, subspecialty fellows, and other clinical staff.

Participate in on-call rosters, departmental meetings, and multidisciplinary case reviews, while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical governance.
About you
We are seeking motivated professionals with:

Fellowship with RANZCOG (or equivalent) and specialist registration in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, with subspecialty certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine (CMFM) or consideration for COGU.

Demonstrated expertise in high-level obstetric ultrasound, complex antenatal management, and invasive procedures.

Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary health care team, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and quality care.

A passion for advancing clinical services, research, and education in line with best practice standards.
