Your new Role:
As a Clinical Nurse – Clinical Facilitator, you will provide advanced clinical expertise, leadership, and education to support the delivery of high-quality Endoscopy services, including complex procedures and outpatient care. Working collaboratively with the Nurse Educator and Nurse Unit Manager, you will drive best practice, support workforce capability, and contribute to the expansion of a progressive unit committed to innovation, research, and exceptional patient outcomes.
About You:
You are an experienced and motivated Endoscopy nurse who brings strong clinical expertise, a passion for education, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. You will have:
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge in Endoscopy nursing practice
- Proven ability to support and facilitate clinical education and learning
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in managing or supporting patients with complex care needs
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a structured team environment

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
