We power the people side of things, delivering smart HR strategies plus safety and wellbeing support, all to help the organisation hit its goals and be known as a genuinely great place to work.

About the role:

This role is your chance to be the ultimate behind-the-scenes powerhouse. You'll be the person who keeps Workforce and Organisational Capability running like a well-oiled machine, delivering polished, confidential admin support that helps the whole organisation stay efficient, effective, and on track.

You'll work side-by-side with the Executive Support Officer and a tight-knit admin crew, making sure priorities are met, deadlines don't slip, and everything is covered when it counts. Keep office supplies stocked, equipment running, and even coordinate fleet and deliveries so no one's left waiting. Add in typing, scanning, data entry, and jumping into interesting projects when they pop up, and you've got a role that's anything but boring.

About you:

  • You thrive in fast-changing environments and can communicate clearly, keeping things smooth even when priorities shift.
  • You work effortlessly both on your own and as part of a team, helping everyone hit deadlines and stay on track.
  • Data entry and admin tasks? You handle them with speed, accuracy, and a touch of finesse.
  • Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office, office gadgets, and other systems, you make work flow like magic.

What we offer:

  • An hourly rate between $40.98 - $45.57 p.h.
