Your new Role:
This strategic role leads the design, implementation and evaluation of allied health initiatives that strengthen First Nations workforce development and improve patient outcomes. Working closely with the Executive Director of Allied Health, you will drive programs across clinical education, service delivery, governance, research and workforce pathways. You'll build strong partnerships across hospital, community and primary care sectors, provide expert cultural and strategic advice, and lead innovative models of care that support sustainable, culturally safe services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
About You:
You are a strategic and culturally capable allied health leader, driven to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through innovation, partnership and influence. You will have:
- Demonstrated expertise in First Nations workforce strategies and cultural capability
- Advanced stakeholder engagement, influencing and partnership-building skills
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive sustainable service improvements
- Strong clinical knowledge with experience in allied health service delivery model
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to deliver strategic advice and high-quality documentation
