What you'll do:

You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and authoritative advice at a state and national level regarding data linkage, interpretation, and use of complex health data collections. While being able to lead and direct the operational functions of the Data Linkage Unit, in supporting the strategic requirements for linked data in the organisation, Queensland, and nationally, working with stakeholders to align priorities. 

About you: 

We are searching for someone who:

  • Is well positioned to redefine service delivery and ensure a pathway for future success and growth of the capability across layers of government. 
  • Demonstrates the capacity to lead the provisioning of data linkage services within a decentralised, multi-disciplinary, and technically complex service delivery environment.
  • Can confidently showcase a high level of ability to analyse, prepare, and present complex reports and submissions and to effectively communicate and negotiate outcomes at the highest level as a basis for the development of relevant strategies.
