This role plays a critical part in strengthening staff wellbeing across the continuum — from proactive prevention strategies to trauma‑informed critical incident response.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide advanced, independent psychological support to MNMH staff, including brief interventions, case formulation, and facilitated access to internal and external support services.
- Partner with leaders to assess and respond to service-line and team wellbeing needs, strengthening recovery, resilience, and performance in complex and high-pressure environments.
- Deliver education and build workforce capability in mental health and wellbeing, informed by staff feedback, service needs, and contemporary evidence.
