Deliver Quality Outpatient Care

Metro South Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join the Specialist Outpatient Department at Eight Mile Plains Satellite Health Centre. This permanent part-time Nurse Grade 5 role (64 hours per fortnight) provides an opportunity to deliver person-centred outpatient care while working autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary team across a variety of specialty clinics.

Your new role:

In this role you will deliver high-quality outpatient nursing care while supporting safe and effective service delivery across multiple specialty clinics.

• Provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care in outpatient settings
• Coordinate referrals, clinic activities and patient care within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to quality improvement, education and evidence-based practice initiatives

About you:

You will be a collaborative and skilled Registered Nurse with a commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, person-centred care using clinical judgement
• Strong communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities
