Your new role:
As a Clinical Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will deliver advanced, patient-centred care while providing clinical leadership within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver expert clinical care and coordination for critically ill patients with complex needs
- Lead and support nursing staff through clinical decision-making, delegation and mentorship
- Contribute to quality improvement, risk management and adherence to clinical standards
- Support education, research and continuous improvement within the ICU environment
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse with strong clinical expertise in intensive care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and critical thinking in intensive care nursing
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to continuous learning, education and evidence-based practice
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient-centred care and safety
