- Base salary range: $57.48 - $61.55 p.h. (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
As the Plastics Operating Theatre Clinical Nurse, you will provide high‑quality perioperative nursing care and support within a specialised surgical environment. You will work closely with the plastics surgical team to coordinate equipment and loan instruments, ensuring safe and efficient patient care.
In this role, you will contribute to staff development through training and clinical support, and assist with ordering and maintaining theatre supplies and equipment. You will also support theatre operations by preparing draft rosters and assisting with staff allocations in consultation with the Nurse Unit Manager. The position includes participation in a rotating roster with a mix of shift lengths and an on‑call component.
This role is ideal for a nurse with experience in plastics or a similar surgical specialty. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position and registration with AHPRA
- Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, including participation in an on‑call roster.
