The Contracts Administrator is responsible for providing over-arching support to a category or procurement team in order to ensure compliance with Advisory & Continuous Improvement processes, and ensuring effective systems are in place to manage the supplier contracts, including contract execution, contract amendment and contract extensions.
What you'll do:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsbile for management of contract management systems to ensure contracts are registered and managed in accordance to agreed System Procurement policies and procedures. You will provide regular reporting on current contracts and maintain accurate and effective record management systems to ensure high purchasing and administrative integrity. The Contracts Administrator will to delivery of procurement or category plans, providing administrative support to end-to-end process implementation.
