The purpose of this role is to provide confidential executive and administrative support to the Chief Forensic Pathologist and Principal Chief Scientist, ensuring the efficient operation of the Office of the Chief Forensic Pathologist through effective coordination, communication and executive support services.
What you'll do
In this role you will manage executive diaries and travel arrangements, coordinate meetings and events, prepare and track correspondence and briefing materials, provide confidential secretariat support, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage executive communications and email accounts, and support continuous improvement of executive administration systems and processes.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has experience providing executive or senior administrative support
- Can manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Has strong organisational and time management skills
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
