The role:
A Clinical Solution Delivery Analyst plays a critical role in bridging clinical and business needs and IT solutions across eHealth Queensland, providing strategic advice on project direction, facilitate business requirements, use case development, and detailed engagement with clinical and business stakeholders. The role includes mentoring business analysts whilst ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement. The focus of this role is to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
