About the role
This permanent full time, temporary full time and temporary part time opportunity supports the delivery of physiotherapy services across Caboolture, Kilcoy and Woodford by assisting the CKW Physiotherapy team with delegated clinical activities and operational support, contributing to high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a multidisciplinary team environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Demonstrate competency in providing therapy programs and interventions performed independently or under supervision, as delegated by the treating Physiotherapist.
- Assist with obtaining information for patient assessment under the supervision of the Physiotherapist.
- Assist in the manufacture, supply, maintenance, and monitoring of equipment prescribed for patients, and provide patient education as relevant about safe usage of equipment.
- Prepare treatment materials as required and maintain work areas in compliance with Workplace Health and Safety and Infection Control guidelines.
