About the Team
The Paediatric Palliative Care Service (PPCS) provides care and services to infants, children and young people with palliative and end-of-life care needs and their families, throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales. The inter-professional PPCS cares for patients in hospital, at home and in the community and collaborates with partners to provide seamless and holistic care and uses telehealth technology to support patients and care teams in regional and rural/remote areas.
About the Role
How you will contribute to CHQ
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- Perform business analysis activities to map and analyse existing digital solutions across the disciplines within Paediatric Palliative Care to:
- Inform intelligent digital business solutions that support the functions of the service and accurately report on service activity
- Provide insights and intelligence to assist clinicians and partners in care to make effective care solutions
- Improve the flow of information and empower patients and families to manage and optimise their healthcare
