About the role
This role supports the Metro North Mental Health (MNMH) Research Team in developing a strategic plan for evaluation and research across mental health and alcohol and drug services. The Service Evaluation Assistant contributes to service evaluations by assisting with design, implementation, data collection, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring evidence-based improvements under the guidance of senior MNMH leaders.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Assist with data collection and management for specified Metro North Mental Health evaluation activities and strategic priorities including data capture, cleaning, and importing/exporting data from established and new databases and datasets.
- Manage and maintain project files and confidential data in accordance with legislation and Queensland Health Policy and procedures.
- Demonstrate an understanding of data governance, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
