Your new role:
As a Nurse Manager – Service Improvement Project Officer, you will lead and deliver strategic improvement initiatives, using your clinical expertise to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
- Lead and coordinate service improvement, clinical redesign and quality initiatives across the health service.
- Apply advanced nursing knowledge to influence clinical governance, patient flow and care delivery models.
- Partner with executive leaders and multidisciplinary teams to drive change, manage risk and improve performance.
- Monitor, analyse and report on key performance indicators to inform decision-making and optimise patient outcomes.
About you:
- You are an experienced nursing leader with strong clinical credibility and a passion for improving healthcare systems and patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse with demonstrated leadership experience in service improvement, quality or project roles.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient-centred care and healthcare system performance.
- Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
- Proven ability to lead change, manage competing priorities and deliver measurable improvements in complex environments.

Logan Hospital:
Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
