About us:
Welcome to Child Development Services (CDS) where big hearts meet tiny humans with big potential. You'll be working with children aged 0 – 8 who experience developmental differences or delays, helping them shine in their own unique ways.
This isn't just assessments and reports, it's about joining the dots for families, turning confusion into clarity, and helping them feel confident about what comes next. CDS is all about guiding families toward the right supports, from early intervention to community programs, so their child gets the best possible start.
You're helping kids grow, families feel empowered, and futures look a whole lot brighter. Not a bad day at the office, right?

You'll be the go-to leader, mentoring and coaching clinicians, lifting team capability, and creating a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired to do their best work.
