Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $73,222 to $90,332 p.a. (HBEA10 - HBEA6)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
The Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) Department is responsible to support the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) facilitation of safe, effective and sustainable healthcare services through the best practice delivery of:
- Asset and critical infrastructure management functions and capability
- Asset maintenance functions and capability
- Minor works/project development and delivery
Working as a plumber for the health service you will be required to undertake plumbing work in a reactive, corrective and planned means as required in the construction and maintenance of buildings, plant and equipment within the Hospital, Health Service.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable).
- Hold current plumbing licence issued by QBCC.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted, including Aged Care Pre-Employment Screening.
