The Nursing Director Child and Youth are seeking a Team Leader / Nurse Unit Manager (Community, Child, Youth and Family) to join them. About your opportunity:
In this position you will…..
- Facilitate professional partnerships and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to lead the Community Child, Youth and Family Health Team in the provision of a model of care that is responsive to client's needs, effective, efficient, and sustainable enabling integrated and coordinated service delivery across child, youth, and family services in the region.
- Contribute to the clinical continuum of care, applying a high-level clinical knowledge and skills relevant to field of practice utilising evidence-based principles as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Promote and practise principles from the family partnership model in team leadership and all aspects of client service delivery.
- Ensure governance and management systems are in place to effectively manage client/staff safety and organisation risk within government legislation and Queensland Health policy requirements.
