The purpose of this role is to provide expert organisational change advice, coaching and support to stakeholders across Queensland Health, leading the design and implementation of change and capability development initiatives that support workforce readiness and organisational transformation.
What you'll do
In this role you will lead organisational change and capability initiatives, provide strategic advice and coaching to stakeholders, design and deliver change management strategies, develop capability uplift solutions, prepare strategic briefs and submissions, analyse organisational issues and risks, and contribute to system-wide workforce transformation initiatives.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in organisational change and capability development
- Has experience leading complex change initiatives in large organisations
- Has strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and coaching skills
- Can develop strategic change and capability solutions
