The purpose of this role is to analyse complex payroll data and identify systemic issues to improve payroll processes, data quality and operational efficiency across Queensland Health. The role also develops and maintains reports, tools and data solutions to support accurate and timely business decision making.
What you'll do
In this role you will analyse payroll data from multiple systems, investigate data integrity and systemic payroll issues, develop and maintain SQL reports and Excel-based tools, support payroll process improvement initiatives, provide reporting and insights to stakeholders, and contribute to data quality, system change and continuous improvement activities.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has experience in data analysis and reporting
- Has experience using Excel, SQL or similar data tools
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Has experience interpreting complex datasets and identifying trends
