Your opportunity:
- The purpose of this role is to deliver Senior Occupational Therapy services to eligible in and outpatients within Orthopaedics, Surgical caseloads or other areas of complex clinical need as required, within the WBHHS.
- This includes:
- Delivering high quality evidenced based Occupational Therapy clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.
- Contribution to the advancement of quality Occupational Therapy services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
- Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning, and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
- Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,360 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
