Your new role:
This is a dynamic opportunity to provide advanced clinical leadership and coordination across a diverse hospital environment within the Nursing Workforce team.
- Coordinate and support staffing across the hospital, including relief and casual nurse pools, ensuring safe and effective service delivery
- Provide advanced clinical leadership, decision-making and problem-solving in complex and fast-paced environments
- Lead workforce planning activities including rostering, resource allocation and shift coordination
- Contribute to education, quality improvement and research initiatives to support best practice and patient outcomes
About you:
You are a highly capable and adaptable clinical nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for workforce coordination and patient-centred care.
- Registered Nurse with advanced clinical knowledge, critical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Experience in workforce coordination, rostering and managing staffing in complex healthcare settings
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to support, mentor and influence teams
- Commitment to continuous improvement, education and evidence-based practice
