The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative and business support services to the Warehouse and Distribution Centre, supporting efficient operations across finance, human resources, procurement, reporting and business administration.
What you'll do
In this role you will provide administrative and operational support to warehouse and distribution teams, coordinate daily business support activities, prepare reports and documentation, assist with finance, procurement and HR processes, maintain records and operational registers, support onboarding and compliance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has experience providing high-level administrative or business support
- Has experience with finance, procurement or HR administration
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
