As an Occupational Therapist Advanced – Clinical Lead (GARSS), you'll play a key role in strengthening rehabilitation outcomes across Darling Downs Health. Your work will support people with complex needs while guiding clinical direction, service quality and collaboration across teams—making a real difference every day.

- Leading advanced, evidence‑informed care for people with complex neurological and rehabilitation needs, achieving meaningful functional outcomes
- Providing expert clinical leadership, advice and mentorship that builds confidence and capability across multidisciplinary teams
- Driving quality improvement and innovative practice that enhances service safety, consistency and patient experience
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions of care across hospital, community and specialist services
