You will receive a competitive remuneration package comprising salary rates between $133,848 p.a. (L4) and $154,749 p.a. (L9), professional development allowance, professional development leave 1.6 weeks p.a. and professional indemnity cover. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.

As a Medical Administration Registrar, you'll help shape safer, more effective care across Darling Downs Health. Working with experienced leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you'll turn clinical insight into system improvements that benefit patients, staff, and the wider community.

- Supporting safety and quality, contributing to reviews and governance activities that improve care
- Collaborating across services, partnering with clinicians and corporate teams to support sound decisions
- Delivering practical projects, advancing workforce, credentialing, and governance outcomes
- Leading with professionalism, supporting junior staff and modelling shared values

Here's what will help you thrive:
- A recognised medical degree with registration or eligibility in Australia
- Minimum three years' postgraduate clinical experience
- Strong communication, organisation, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to clinical governance, quality, and learning
