What your day could look like
As an Executive Support Officer – Reliever, you'll play a vital role in keeping our executive offices running smoothly, enabling leaders to make timely decisions that support patients, staff and communities across the region. From anticipating priorities to navigating fast-paced change, your work creates clarity and momentum where it matters most.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities through proactive diary, correspondence and workflow management
- Acting as a trusted point of connection, coordinating communication with senior stakeholders and partners
- Supporting high-quality governance and decision-making through committee coordination, briefing preparation and follow‑up
- Bringing organisation and insight to projects, events and people-related activities that strengthen service delivery
