What you'll do
You will deliver high‑impact data solutions that strengthen performance reporting and drive better decision‑making across Queensland Health. By engineering robust SQL warehouses, automated pipelines and reliable, analysis‑ready datasets. Improving data quality, streamline reporting and unlock deeper insights and predictive capabilities. While tackling complex data challenges with precision and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to provide clear, actionable guidance on data quality and system potential. With a user‑centred, solution‑driven approach you will contribute to continuous improvement and ensure data delivers real value across the organisation.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Can demonstrate experience in SQL/database development, including writing, optimising and maintaining complex SQL queries, stored procedures, scheduled jobs and other database components.
- Has a strong understanding of data modelling, query performance tuning, error handling, data validation and best‑practice database development.
