Your new role:

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will:

• Provide comprehensive, person-centred nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health professionals in a fast-paced ED environment
• Demonstrate clinical leadership, critical thinking and sound decision-making in patient care delivery
• Contribute to quality improvement, education, and evidence-based practice initiatives

About you:

You are a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse with a passion for emergency nursing and delivering exceptional patient care in dynamic clinical environments. You have:

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care with strong clinical judgement
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to care
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
