Your new role:
This is a pivotal administrative position supporting the Director and Orthopaedics team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, including managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements
- Act as the central point of contact, coordinating and prioritising incoming and outgoing communications
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems while supporting HR processes such as rosters and leave management
- Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency, including supporting budget tracking and workforce administration
About you:
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative or secretarial roles with strong knowledge of office procedures
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and maintain confidentiality across stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
- A collaborative team player who demonstrates integrity, respect, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery
